Ecological and legal System ECOURS (ECOURS system) is a computer program ensuring the decrease of environmental risks of companies and the minimization of environmental expenses by using an electronic system of controlling environmental aspects of a company activities and legislative environmental requirements applicable to these environmental aspects.

The basic features of ECOURS System are its multifunctionality, efficiency, usability, effectiveness, and usefulness.

ECOURS System provides the employees of a company environmental service with the possibility to use not only the texts of the documents regulating the relations in the sphere of ecology and natural resources use, but rather a special Program of controlling the environmental aspects of a company activities, a Base of legislative environmental requirements, convenient and useful System programs: Ecologist’s Calendar, Ecologist’s Dictionary, Ecologist’s Reference Book, Program for calculating the payment for the negative impact on the environment, «Legal Assistance» program.

ECOURS system can be effectively used by any organization irrespective of its size and type of activity.

All users of ECOURS system («Management and control» and «ISO 14001» versions) are entitled to free legal assistance in the issues of ecology and natural resources use from a specialized legal company Natural Resources Use Law Center.

For the organizations certified under ISO 14001 or preparing for the certification under this standard, the ECOURS system ensures automated compliance with the requirements of paragraphs 4.3.1, 4.3.2, 4.5.4 ISO 14001:2004 and GOST R ISO 14001–2007.
